1. Local Workshop Pickup

Customers are welcome to pick up their fresh orders directly from our family workshop at:

2. Delivery Service Areas

We currently service orders through two channels:

• Local Konkan / Ratnagiri area: Dispatched via local arrangements or direct delivery as agreed during order placement.
• Other cities in Maharashtra: Dispatched via regional parcel / courier services ([OWNER TO CONFIRM: Authorized courier / transport partners, e.g. ST Parcel, DTDC, India Post]).

3. Delivery Timelines & Preparation Schedule

Because we do not keep stale warehouse stock, all ladoos, chaklis, chivdas, and sweets are prepared in fresh homestyle batches:

• Standard orders are prepared and dispatched within [OWNER TO CONFIRM: 2 to 4 business days] from payment/order confirmation.
• Transit time typically takes [OWNER TO CONFIRM: 2 to 5 days] depending on destination distance from Sangameshwar/Ratnagiri.
• During festival rush (e.g. Diwali Faral), advance booking of 7-10 days is advised.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Food-Grade Packaging & Transit Safety

Our snacks are packed in secure, food-grade pouches and corrugated boxes to prevent transit breakage or moisture absorption. While we take utmost care, customers are requested to inspect parcels upon receipt.
