These terms govern inquiries, orders, and purchases of traditional Maharashtrian food items, ladoos, faral, and sajuk tup from Sathe Food Products (Proprietor: Mahesh & Shilpa Sathe, Makhajan, Sangameshwar, Ratnagiri 415608).

2. Product Catalogue and Pricing

All products listed on this site reflect our confirmed catalogue prices in Indian Rupees (₹). Pricing distinguishes clearly between per-piece rates and per-kilogram rates.

• Prices are subject to revision based on seasonal market availability of pure dairy and agricultural ingredients (e.g. pure ghee, dry fruits, gram flour).
• Special Notice: The catalogue price for Sadhi Shev is displayed as ₹420 per kg pending final confirmation from the proprietor ([OWNER TO CONFIRM: Sadhi Shev unit]).

3. Order Acceptance & Fresh Batch Preparation

Because our snacks and ladoos are prepared fresh in authentic homestyle batches without artificial long-term preservatives:

• An enquiry sent via the website or WhatsApp is formally accepted only after direct communication and confirmation with Mahesh Sathe.

• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule orders in case of unexpected ingredient shortages or production capacity limits.

4. Payments

5. Perishable Food Nature & Storage

Customers are advised to store ladoos, savouries, and sajuk tup in a cool, dry place inside airtight containers upon receipt. Shelf life recommendations will be communicated with each fresh consignment.
